Dining there, I appreciated how they've redefined traditional Vietnamese dishes with a Western flair. Their breakfast spread was impressive, featuring an array of options, but make sure to try the delicious noodle soup-a staple that reflects the rich flavors of Northern Vietnam. The ambiance of the restaurant enhances the experience, blending modern decor with hints of traditional design. The staff were accommodating, even preparing a take-away breakfast for my early departure, which was thoughtful and well-presented. And if you're keen to explore, the hotel conveniently provides free bikes to enjoy the bustling streets. For a dose of culinary innovation alongside comfortable accommodations, I highly recommend Hong Ngoc Dynastie Hotel; it's a tasteful gateway into Hanoi's dynamic food scene.
